Scheduling is simple. Click the Book an Appointment button on our website to request your first visit. You'll receive instructions to complete your intake paperwork before your appointment.

Yes. When clinically appropriate, medication may be recommended as part of your individualized treatment plan. Every recommendation is made collaboratively and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
We are NOT currently prescribing controlled medications.

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
After your initial appointment, there is no cancellation fee. If you miss an appointment or need to cancel, we'll simply work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.

Yes. We are happy to complete FMLA or other medical documentation when clinically appropriate. To ensure we can provide an accurate and comprehensive assessment, we typically require that you establish care and complete at least one to two appointments before paperwork is completed.
